The Best Keto Bread
What!!! We get bread??? How is it possible? The recipe is adapted from one I found on the blog Fat For Weight Loss, and it won Best Keto Bread on the internet. It has no gluten, extremely low carbs, and no nuts! It’s literally the only bread I’ve ever made that doesn’t bother my multiple digestive diseases, make me get clogged up, or gain weight. Fresh out of the oven, with Kerrygold butter smeared on top, it is absolute heaven. Hope you love it like my family does!
Ingredients:
14 Large Eggs
1 C Coconut Flour
3/4 C Butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon each of parsley and rosemary, optional
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or mix with an immersion blender. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and heavily oil any uncovered sides. Pour in the batter, smoothing the top with a rubber spatula, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of loaf before baking, if desired. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean and the top is lightly browned. Be sure to eat a slice warm out of the oven with butter smeared on top.
