Refund & Cancellation Policy

Initial & Individual Sessions
Payments for one-time sessions are non-refundable. If something comes up, you’re always welcome to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions that are missed or started late can’t be refunded or extended, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Membership Policy
Memberships are billed weekly and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing continues unless the membership is cancelled prior to the billing date. Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

To keep you on track, sessions should be scheduled within two weeks of payment. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll move your appointment. I’m unable to offer refunds for sessions missed or already completed.

You may cancel your membership anytime after completing two sessions.

A Few Extra Notes

  • Memberships include email support during business hours — I typically reply within 24 hours.

  • Text support is reserved for emergencies or time-sensitive scheduling changes.

  • If you arrive late to a session, we’ll use the remaining time — sessions can’t be extended past the scheduled end.

  • Everything I share is for educational purposes and to support your health journey, but it’s not a substitute for medical advice. Please check with your doctor before making changes to medications or major aspects of your care.
