Refund & Cancellation Policy
Initial & Individual Sessions
Payments for one-time sessions are non-refundable. If something comes up, you’re always welcome to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions that are missed or started late can’t be refunded or extended, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Membership Policy
You can cancel your membership anytime after completing two sessions. Memberships are billed weekly and renew automatically until cancelled. To keep you on track, all sessions should be scheduled within two weeks of payment. If you ever need to reschedule, just let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll move your appointment. Please note that I can’t offer refunds for sessions missed or already completed.
A Few Extra Notes
Memberships include email support during business hours — I typically reply within 24 hours.
Text support is reserved for emergencies or time-sensitive scheduling changes.
If you arrive late to a session, we’ll use the remaining time — sessions can’t be extended past the scheduled end.
